Founded in 2026 by Rachel Holland, REALTOR® and ordained minister, Kingdom Agent Fellowship is a marketplace ministry for Christian real estate professionals who want their faith and their business to share the same foundation.

Meet Rachel Holland
Rachel Holland is passionate about building Kingdom leaders in business and ministry. As a REALTOR®, educator, speaker, ordained minister, and founder of Kingdom Agent Fellowship, she equips people to grow in leadership, strengthen their faith, and excel in their calling.

Originally from Lansing, Michigan, Rachel has called Lawrenceville, Georgia home since 2005. She earned her Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Akron, where she began her professional career managing campus residence halls while serving in Christian ministry. Her passion for helping people grow, achieve their goals, and make wise decisions has been the common thread throughout her career.
In 2008, Rachel entered the real estate industry, initially specializing in bank-owned properties and short sales during one of the nation's most challenging housing markets. As the market evolved, so did her business. Today, she helps buyers and sellers confidently navigate traditional residential real estate transactions while providing exceptional service built on integrity, education, and genuine care.
Throughout her career, Rachel has served with several respected brokerages, continually expanding her expertise in marketing, negotiations, and client service. Since joining eXp Realty in 2019, she has built a business centered on relationships, referrals, leadership, and professional development.
Committed to raising the standard of the real estate profession, Rachel founded the Agents Helping Agents Club Gwinnett in 2025 and became a Georgia Continuing Education instructor, equipping agents with practical strategies to grow successful businesses.
In 2026, Rachel founded Kingdom Agent Fellowship, a national movement dedicated to equipping, encouraging, and connecting Christian real estate professionals to boldly live out their faith while excelling in business. Through conferences, educational events, and ongoing community, Kingdom Agent Fellowship helps agents integrate biblical principles with business excellence.
Beyond real estate, Rachel is an ordained minister who serves as Minister of Congregational Life and Coordinator of the Ministers' Ministry at Berean Christian Church Gwinnett. She also serves as Overseer of Ministerial Training for Lifted Reformation of Christian Churches International and as Treasurer for Promise Builders of Georgia.
Through her YouTube channel, @RachelHollandTheRealtor, she shares practical real estate education along with Faith Fuel Empowerment, a Bible teaching ministry designed to encourage and equip professionals to honor God while pursuing excellence in every area of life.
Whether serving clients, mentoring agents, training ministry leaders, or speaking to audiences across the country, Rachel's mission is to help people build lives, businesses, and legacies that honor God.
